• Windows checked for cleanliness, condensation, or obvious marks.      
• Quick review of blinds, curtains, latches, and window operation.        

• Lights checked for blown or flickering bulbs, or faulty switches.         
• Internal doors checked for smooth operation.       
• Notes on loose handles, sticking doors, or alignment issues.              

• Visual check of sofas, chairs, rugs, and high‑use items.       
• Notes on wear, stains, or items needing attention.   

• Notes on soot build‑up, debris, draught issues, or signs a sweep may be needed.
• Quick review of stove doors, vents, and visible seals for obvious wear.    

• Pathways, driveways, patios, decking, and garden areas reviewed.     
• Overgrown vegetation noted where it may cause obstruction or risk.       
• External lights checked for function, safety, and coverage.       
• External taps and hose points checked for leaks or damage.
