Fox Management & Property Protection Service

Our Fox Management service provides a humane, practical approach to reducing fox activity around your home or grounds. We carry out a full inspection of your outdoor space, identifying attractants, access points, den sites, and established fox routes. Using evidence‑based methods, we install effective deterrents, recommend habitat adjustments, and secure vulnerable areas to make your property less appealing to foxes. All techniques are welfare‑minded, legally compliant, and safe for pets, children, and local wildlife.

Whether you’re dealing with noise, fouling, garden damage, or repeated night‑time visits, we deliver tailored solutions that protect your space and restore peace of mind.

Why Fox Management & Property Protection Services Matter:

Foxes are a natural part of the UK landscape, but when they become regular visitors to your property, they can create real problems. Persistent fox activity can lead to:

  • Garden and lawn damage from digging, foraging, and denning
  • Fouling and strong odours, creating hygiene concerns
  • Disturbance to pets, especially at night
  • Damage to bins, sheds, and boundaries
  • Increased risk of den sites forming under decking, sheds, or outbuildings

Managing fox activity early prevents these issues from escalating. By reducing attractants, securing access points, and applying targeted deterrents, you protect your outdoor space, maintain a safe environment, and avoid long‑term disruption.

Seasonal Protection Plan

From £10/month or £120/year (inc VAT)

Four scheduled inspections timed around peak fox activity to monitor routes, access points, and high‑risk areas. If activity is found, any required deterrent or control measures will be billed separately.

Fox activity differs from property to property, so pricing reflects the time, access, and level of deterrent work required. The "from" price applies to a small residential property. Factors such as garden size, vegetation, access points, and the presence of den sites can all influence how much work is needed to manage the issue effectively. We always explain our findings on site and only recommend the visits or measures genuinely required.
