 Before forecasted Storms

• Check vulnerable areas (roofline, guttering, fencing) from ground level
• Secure outdoor items, gates and access points
• Clear small debris around drains and pathways
• Ensure drain covers are free of leaves and blockages

After the Storm

• Inspect for storm‑related damage or movement
• Identify urgent issues (loose tiles, damaged fencing, fallen branches)
• Check for signs of water ingress around windows, doors and rooflines
• Assess drainage flow and any pooling water.

• Clear leaves and debris from drains and pathways
